Discover the power of positive affirmations
Positive affirmations can be used to reprogram your thought patterns and change the way you think and feel about things. This course will teach you various ways to implement positive affirmations into your daily life.
Evidence-based research shows that positive affirmations, like prayer and meditation, actually change the brain on a cellular level – your thoughts lead to feelings and actions thinking a new thought is like driving to a destination for the first time; It may be unfamiliar and uncomfortable at first. With repetition it becomes familiar. After a while you know how to drive there automatically. It becomes ingrained. You can learn to think new things that can also become automatic.
This is neuroplasticity – forging new neural pathways. Thoughts make a chemical. If you have happy thoughts, then you’re producing chemicals that make you feel good. Change your negative thoughts, it’s a crucial component of mental health.
Affirmations are a way to start nurturing your mental and emotional health that won’t take up time or impact your busy schedule. We have to retrain our thinking and learn to speak in positive patterns if we want to feel good.
This course will be regularly priced for $79, so take advantage of a $20 savings during our launch week and get the course for $59 while you still can. Therapy and tacos for all!
